Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day: Open to boarders, closed to the public
Christmas Eve, Good Friday, Easter Sunday and all bank holidays: 9:00am - 11:00am
(Dogs and cats will not be accepted outside of opening hours.)

Once the deposit is received then a kennel or cattery is allocated and this becomes a confirmed booking.
Deposit is 50% of the total bill on all bookings, at the time of booking. Should the booking be cancelled then the payment over £25 will be refunded, if cancelled with more than 7 days notice.
The outstanding balance is to be paid on the day of arrival, allowing enough time for funds to clear prior to collecting your cat or dog.
